| Hello there my friends | | Just popping in to say hi again today. Hope you are all having a great day no matter where you are at this time. Did you try out anything new this past week? I did, I bought some cinnamon sugar and am using it on top of my coffee and hot drinks. Apparently it is good for digestion problems and for nausea, next week when I shop I plan to buy some cayenne pepper as that is supposed to be good for circulation. I also went for a walk around the block with my hubby before it started to rain. I really need to get out more but I get caught up on the computer and the day just seems to get away on me. There are days that I want hot chocolate and days that I choose coffee. But looking into how frequent I drink each one, I believe that I am more of a coffee drinker in the morning. How about you?
